Do This, Not That: After-Work Rituals To Keep You Sane

Do you have a particular after-work habit that keeps you sane after a stressful day at the office? The Wall Street Journal reported recently on how the first hour or so after we arrive home from work can be a major source of tension, especially for couples. Columnist Elizabeth Bernstein calls that window of time “the real Witching Hour, that after-work period when we are tired, hungry, desperate to unwind yet still thinking about work.” There are household tasks to complete and dinner to prepare, arguably at the most exhausting time of day.
