According to a recent survey by Glassdoor, a site that provides employee ratings of their companies, on- or off-site training programs, mentorship opportunities, generous compensation packages and promotion of a healthy work/life balance were all qualities belonging to the top companies in this exclusive group. Bain & Company took home the number one slot with McKinsey & Company, Facebook, MITRE and Google following. Those are all obviously great places to work but we went through the list and picked out where we wouldn’t mind working in 2012.
