This year, we’ve talked about a lot of tricky situations dealing with our co-workers. We highlighted some of the awful office stereotypes that you find in businesses across the country. We’ve looked at ways to cope with these aggravating and obnoxious peers. Ya know? In 2012, maybe we’ll just let all of them know exactly how we feel.
This year, let’s stop laughing at all those inappropriate, mildly creeptastic jokes. Let’s call out that lazy P.O.S. who pretended like they had a “huge part” of our project when we never saw them do anything productive for two weeks. And ya know what, let’s go for broke and slap the next co-worker who thinks it’s okay to put his hand on your thigh when he’s speaking to you. This year, let’s stop dealing with the most horrible members of our office. After all, every time we pretend that their behavior is acceptable, we’re giving them a free pass to continue on being miserable human beings.
Here are a few co-workers who might need a little more confrontation this year. Feel free to write in to The Grindstone and let us know which co-workers you’re just itching to call out in 2012.
