9 Traditionally Female Qualities That Make For Better Bosses

There’s a new study out showing why women might be out-earning men in the near future. They’re better bosses! At least in some ways.

I’m always weary of calling one gender or one demographic “better” at something than the other. There are millions of bosses out there in the world. Some females make awesome bosses and some don’t. Some men make awesome bosses and some don’t. The fact is, both genders have the capacity to be amazing managers. No study is going to change that.

Now, these studies do show something important. They demonstrate some of the qualities that today’s corporate culture prizes in managers. According the research, traditionally female characteristics are making an impression and helping companies succeed.

But we shouldn’t forget, both men and women are capable of possessing and utilizing these character traits. So what is it about “feminine” leaders that making researchers claim that ladies are better bosses? Here are just a few examples.
