I spend at least eight hours a day staring at a computer screen. Even better, I spend eight hours a day reading on a computer screen. I don’t need a doctor or a Google search to tell me that too much screen time can cause headache and eyestrain. I get reminded pretty often. In fact, I’m being reminded right now.
So I figured that during my own private struggle, it’s the perfect time to teach everyone else how to deal with those pesky headaches that come from long hours staring at screens or maybe just the stress of your workplace. After all, why not use my pain to help you dear readers, right?
