Walk Your Dog
If you don’t have a dog, that’s okay. Just take a walk or “Just Move,” as Michelle Obama would say. Taking your pooch on an evening stroll can be a great bonding activity for you and your pet, but it’s also a great way to shift your focus away from office-related things.
A little fresh air never hurt anyone, and sometimes when you’re mulling over a problem, a change of scenery helps you find an answer. So take a walk with (or without) your dog, and try and tell me you don’t feel better.
