Take A Bath

It’s so simple it sounds condescending.  Just. Take. A. Bath. But really, it works.  You don’t need bubbles and you don’t need candles, though I would suggest dim lighting  and a solid Pandora station.  There’s just something about enclosed spaces and being partially underwater that melts tension away.  The only thing unhelpful about a bath is if you try to combine it with reading.  When you’re me, this exercise results in a dripping wet book and unecessary frustration.
