Stretching feels good and is a much healthier habit than popping your knuckles. It’s beneficial for so many reasons. Stretching improves our posture, improves our circulation, and relieves stress by relaxing tight, tense muscles. It increases flexibility and joint range of motion. After stretching you feel better and have more energy. Something that is helpful in almost every scenario I can think of involving real life.
