While employers with happier employees are likely to see increased profits and lower turnover due to engaged and motivated workers.

Finding happiness is sometimes easier said than done, especially in the current economy. With a high unemployment rate, many employees fear the loss of their job while job seekers everywhere are scrambling to find positions. But there are a variety of things you can do to remain positive in spite of trying times — from increasing your exercise routine to spending more time reading.
