A new study shows that the wage gap for liberal arts majors versus other majors closes over time, so you won’t waste your philosophy degree on pondering why the world doesn’t want to hire philosophers.
Of course, math, science and engineering majors make more money, but liberal arts grabs eventually catch up with those who major in other fields and professions. Liberal arts salaries tend to peak at approximately $66K, which is nothing to sneeze at.
