You can feel better about your lunch choice now if you’re a Chipotle fan: The company is offering some new, awesome perks for their part-time employees. Chipotle spokeswoman Danielle Winslow revealed to Nation’s Restaurant News that the company is granting part-timers paid leave as well as tuition reimbursement for higher education costs.

“It’s an incredible statement by our leadership about how much we want o invest in the best people we have and to keep them with us,” Chipotle recruitment strategy manager JD Cummings told press. “We have a lot of folks who, if they realize they could make a career with Chipotle, would stick with us while they are in college and take advantage of our tuition-reimbursement program.”

Cashiers and “crew” workers have to work for the company for a year to be eligible for tuition reimbursement, while management-level and corporate workers don’t have a waiting period at all. Chipotle offers the IRS maximum of education reimbursement, a little over $5,000. Considering a lot of restaurant workers are working to pay for school to begin with, it’s a pretty sweet deal.
