10 Pieces Of Wisdom From My Awesome Jiu-Jitsu Instructor

I’ve only been practicing jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai boxing for a few months. During that time, I was lucky enough to take one class with Shihan Gene Dunn. The class ended up being a little too advanced for me, since when I took it I wasn’t in the best shape yet, but I plan on returning as soon as I can. In the meantime, I’ve taken to following him extensively on social media, and I’m so glad that I did. He’s an inspiration. Let these chestnuts improve your day, your outlook, and maybe your entire attitude toward your life and career. You don’t need to be in a gi to appreciate these. And if you’re ever in Brooklyn, come take a class at Brooklyn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! I’ll go easy on you.
