Last week it was reported that Facebook pays its interns a little more than most other interns (though not much more than other tech companies.) Facebook software engineering interns make $74,000 or about $6,000 per month. In addition to THEIR AWESOME MONTHLY salary, Quora.com commenters posted that Facebook was supplementing their salaries with an additional $1,000 a month housing stipend. Not too bad for a company whose stock has fallen 26% below the initial public offering. But though we often hear about interns being treated very badly (this has been a big year for that) we thought we would look into some of the small and big (amazing) perks that interns get that we are maybe a little jealous of.
