An Italian gossip magazine, Chi, owned by former Premier Silvio Berlusconi said Saturday it plans to publish topless photos of Prince William‘s wife Kate, despite legal action against a French magazine that published the images first. Chi is trying to defend its decision to publish by saying the photos are glamorous and will help the new modern image of The Royal Family. The Royal Family, who is looking to take legal action, clearly doesn’t feel the same way. More
