10 Scary Movie Bosses We Are Afraid Of

Most people complain about their bosses, but compared to some of the silver screen’s most famous bosses, yours in an angel. Why Do Tales About Horrible Working Environments In Fashion Make The Best Romantic Comedies?

Why Do Tales About Horrible Working Environments In Fashion Make The Best Romantic Comedies?

The fashion industry really does make for the best romantic comedy fodder. According to The Daily Mail, a new fashion revenge novel is working its way to the big screen. This will be an adaptation of Lee Tolloch’s acclaimed 1989 book Fabulous Nobodies and will be directed by RJ Cutler, director of The September Issue. My Appearance Is More Important To My Career Than Sleep

One of the greatest scenes from the movie The Devil Wears Prada is during the opening credits. You see a few different women getting ready for work and the differences are astounding. Three women who look like models (but I think they are supposed to just work in fashion) wake up super early to give themselves a full face of makeup (eyelash curlers are involved), gorgeous hair and a stunning outfit. But do other women feel that sacrificing sleep to spend more time on one’s appearance for work is essential for their career? More »

Apparently, those modern white and glass magazine editorial offices, with beautiful people walking around in them, only exist in movies like The Devil Wears Prada and 13 Going on 30. Well, actually, the offices still look like that and the people are usually very attractive but the bathroom is a whole different story at Glamour Magazine. More »
